Tips on How to Stop Hair Loss and Promote Hair Growth

Are you having problems with losing hair? Does your hair look thin and limp? There are may reasons for hair loss. It can be caused by aging, medications, diet and even the best of shampoos that you purchase. I have learned a few ways to stop hair loss and even make it start growing again and get thicker. But to get the results you want, you have to do it more than once, you need to keep the treatment up until you have accomplished the results that you are looking for. You will find this treatment to be very inexpensive, in fact, you can find what you need in your own kitchen.

Here are some valuable tips on how to stop hair loss, get your hair growing again and make it thicker.

The favorite brand shampoos contain a chemical additive that is 90% Sodium Laureth Sulphate. his chemical targets dirt and oil but it literally ruins your hair growth. The next time you go to purchase your bottle of shampoo, read the label to see if it has this chemical.

Drink four cups of green tea a day. If you don't like the taste or don't have time to drink four cups a day, you can purchase the capsule form.

The nine important nutrients for hair growth are magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamin b, copper, protein, vitamin d, and biotin.

The best foods that have plenty of proteins are eggs, chicken, turkey, nuts (almonds). Almonds also contain magnesium.

Spinach is a great source of iron.

Would you believe that your own olive oil that you use for cooking in your kitchen promotes hair growth? Olive Oil is a degreasing agent that lifts trapped dirt and oil from your scalp pores. Once the pores are cleared, it gives your follicles more breathing room. Therefore, your hair has air for growing and you will start getting new hair which will mean thicker hair.

Massage Olive Oil into your scalp three nights a week, leave on overnight and wash out the next morning with a mild shampoo. To get a shampoo without the chemical, visit your health food store. Ask for assistance and tell your helper that you are looking for a shampoo that contains green tea, sage, saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, and nettle. Anything natural will only improve the shampoo. Make sure it does not have Sodium Laureth Sulphate.

Here is an unbelievable way to thicken your hair and you probably have it in your kitchen cabinets at this minute. To thicken your hair, after shampooing your hair, take your hair rinse and add some baking soda to it. Mix it real well and put in on you hair. Rinse it out when you are ready. If you want to mix enough in your hair rinse bottle, you would use half of a cup of baking soda to a bottle of hair rinse. I couldn't get my lid off my hair rinse so I just added some to my hair rinse each time I use it. This really works. I was so surprised when I tried it.

There is a time in every ones life that your hair starts thinning. Just remember when it does, you have what you need in your own kitchen.
