Home Bath Spa Products - Fun Recipes to Try

Almost all of us dream of having a smooth and clear complexion. Using bath spa products can really help in rejuvenating the skin. Women in particular are overly concerned when it comes to their skin. Some are lucky enough to inherit good genes which are the reasons why they have perfect-looking skin. Those who are not that fortunate are really exerting their efforts to achieve the skin that they want.

There are several bath spa products that are available in the market, products that are very expensive but are said to be effective. Many people began complaining after buying those bath spa products. They ended up frustrated and disappointed because those products didn't make a good difference to their skin when it promised to do wonders. What is even more sad is that after buying those bath spa products, some actually reported the condition of their skin became worse.

Well, there is nothing wrong with wanting to have a perfect looking skin. Who doesn't want it anyway? Having a great skin can be considered as an asset to everyone. To achieve a marvelous skin doesn't always mean that you have to spend a lot of money. Sometimes the answer to our problems can only be found at home. We just have to use our eyes and become resourceful with the naturally available product ingredients around us.

Skin Softening Bath Recipe:

Ingredients are: 4 cups powdered milk, 1 cup boiled water, and ½ cup dried chamomile or 5 chamomile tea bags. Just soak the chamomile into the water for 20 minutes and drain the liquid. Mix the liquid with milk, and add to bath water.

Milk Bath Recipe:
Ingredients are: 3 cups powdered milk, ¼ cup oatmeal, ¼ cup of dried orris root, 1/3 cup of almond meal, 1 regular capsule of vitamin E, and 1/3 cup of cornstarch. Just combine all the ingredients and make sure that they are mixed well. Scoop a desired amount of the mixture and tie in a muslin bag to save for when you are going to add it to your bath. Tie it to the faucet and allow the warm water to run over the bag.
Bath Salt Recipe:

Cleo's Bath Salt:
Ingredients are: 1 cup fine sea salt, ½ tsp liquid glycerin, and ½ cup Epson salt. Mix all ingredients and sprinkle into bath water. (Don't wash your hair with this although, or else your hair will go dry.)

Bubble Bath Recipe:
Vanilla Honey Foaming Bath
Ingredients are: 1 cup light olive, sweet almond or sesame oil, ½ cup honey, ½ cup liquid scented or unscented soap, and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Gauge the oil into a medium bowl and stir the remaining ingredients until the mixture is mixed well. Put it in a tight-fitting lid.
